Maine Home Pros helps homeowners connect with local contractors. Here is plainly what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into a quote request: your name, email, phone number, town/county, and project details.
• Which pros you selected.
• Basic technical info any website receives (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in server logs.

How we use it

• To send your request to the pros you picked — and only those pros (never more than 4).
• To keep a copy so we can follow up, fix problems, and make sure pros respond.
• For sample listings, your request comes to Maine Home Pros instead of a contractor.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information.
• We don’t blast your request to pros you didn’t choose.
• We don’t send marketing email without your permission.

Contractors you contact

Once a pro receives your request, they’ll use your details to reach you about your project. Each contractor is an independent business with its own practices.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep requests only as long as needed to run the service. Email hello@mainehomepros.com and we’ll delete your information or tell you what we have.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
